Delivery Area
We can provide shipping service for lots of countries and regions all over the world. The shipping cost is calculated by the weight and volume size. The shipping cost varies for different products with different shipping methods. When checking out, you will see it.
There are two key factors that affect the time you receive the item.
1)Order Processing Time
We will ship out the item within 48 hr with careful package after the processing time .and it takes about 3-10 days if the stock running out. The delivery time will epends on the courier method. The inventory of those popular items will be updated quickly and our customer service team will promptly inform customers about their order status.Please do not worry.
2) Shipping Methods
We offer shipment by air, which usually takes around 12~25 business days to arrive.
DPD duty-paid(10~15 business days): United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary,Poland, Italy, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Republic of Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia etc.
UPS duty-paid (5-10 business days): Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, Australia, Norway, Singapore, Philippine
Fedex duty-paid (5-8 business days): United States
China Post (15~25 business days) & UPS duty-paid (8~12 business days) : Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Argentina etc.
4PX (12~18 business days) : About the TRIFOXBIKE small item, we will ship out by 4PX, which will take 8-15 days.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit time or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer needs to pay for the cost of reshipment in this case. Hope you can understand.
Tax and Customs Duties
1) We don't charge any sales tax or export duties.
2) We will take care of the vat taxes for the package to EU countries listed on our shipping tab and the USA.
