Warranty Policy

2 Year (Frame) & Two-Year (Wheelset) Free Warranty Program

Trifox Bike offers warranty against manufacturing defects for their products for a period not to exceed two years, from the date of purchase. We will offer a replace or repair(When possible) for the defective parts if applicable.

Every frame have a useful product life cycle. Save your dated receipt for proof of purchase.

Conditions

1.Product group: Frame & Wheelset

2. Coverage: 2-year Warranty for frame and 2-year Warranty for wheelset from the date of purchase (Save your dated receipt for proof of purchase)

3. If any manufacturing defect occurs within 7 days of the date of receipt, TrifoxBike is obligated to replace the frames/wheelset(s) and also pay for the shipping cost. If any manufacturing defect occurs after 7 days, Trifoxbike.com is obligated to replace the frames/wheelset(s), and you would be responsible for the shipping cost.

4.This Warranty program is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser on trifoxbike.com.

5. Any problem found on the warranty replacement product should be claimed within 7 days after the replacement is received, otherwise, the replacement is viewed as settled. The warranty period applies to the original purchase date and does not reset with a replacement product.

This Warranty Coverage Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear.

Products which have been incorrectly installed and/or adjusted.

Improper assembly or maintenance.

Surface finish and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, etc.).

Crash damage.

Consequential or incidental damages (where applicable).

The TRIFOXBIKE limited warranty does not cover the following items, including:

Headset

Rear derailleur hanger

Tires

Brake pads

Painting damage, fading or changes in color

The Following Will Void Your Warranty

Misuse (Jumping, trick riding, etc.).

Modification of wheels.

Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or not compatible with the wheelsets sold.

Use of brake pads not designed for carbon wheels.

Standard Crash Replacement Policy

Scope: The Crash Replacement Policy is to cover accidental crash or mis-use such as casing a big jump or drop, crashing, rock strikes etc.

Product Group: All bike frame and wheelset on our website.

Discount: 12% Discount of the retail price

Conditions:

The Standard Crash Replacement Policy is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser.

Any problem found on the warranty replacement product should be claimed within 7 days after the replacement is received, otherwise, the replacement is viewed as settled. The warranty period applies to the original purchase date and does not reset with a replacement rim.

Please note that you are responsible for any associated shipping costs, customs, and duties.

Note: All reshipment or refund will be arranged after we get confirmed that the previous defective one was cut off.

One-Year Free Warranty For The Bike Components

NOTE: All Trifox Bike items are warrantied under normal use. And all reshipment or refund will be arranged after we get confirmed that the previous defective one was cut off.

1. Product group: All trifoxbike.com components, including fork, seatpost, handlebars, saddle.

2.All cracked or damaged products or photos must be sent to Trifox Bike Factory to analyze.

If the frame and/or wheelset are deemed to be damaged and/or cracked do due to excess abuse by the owner, then the warranty on those parts will be null and void. However, Trifox Bike will offer a discount for the replacement parts if needed.
