RETURN REFUND

Trifox make a careful test and check before every single item is shipping. In case of bad luck that you receive, Trifox items in broken or defective quality would like a return or replacement. Please contact us within 3 working days and show us as much as possible proof, photos, videos etc.


  • Customers can request a refund or modify order information before the item is shipped.

  • Purchases may not be changed or cancelled without authorization from TRIFOXBIKE. If authorized, 10% of the purchase value ($100 minimum) may be charged to cover restocking and operating costs. If the order is refunded due to customer reasons, the customer needs to pay a certain amount of handling fee if produced.

  • A cancellation made after the product has shipped is treated as a “return” with all applicable fees. Please ref to our Product Return Policy.

  • If it is your problem that you don't want to pick the item up, but we have delivered the item; or you don't want the item and just want to return, like some customers may order the wrong item but find it after receiving, customers need to pay for the return freight , we will refund you the money of the item, not including the shipping fees . Because this is not the problem of manufacturer's, hope you all can understand.


    New items or Repaired items will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the items for replacement.


    After we get the items, then we will process the refund for the item and the return shipping cost within 3 business days.


    The amount of the refund is based on the amount of US dollars we actually received, and we are not responsible for the exchange rate loss caused by the customer's refund process.


    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Here's what to do:

    1. Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

    2. Items received should be unused, undamaged and in the original package.

    3. Create a request by sending email to service@trifoxbike.com before processing return.

    4. If a product is DOA or shipped incorrectly, TRIFOXBIKE covers all shipping charges. For all the other cases of returns, we will do our best to avoid taxes and fees for our overseas customers, including using pre-paid customs shipping in territories that allow us to, etc. Please check with our sales team for details before ordering if this is something that concerns you. Regardless; all customs, fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct all necessary fees before issuing your remaining refund. These fees may include (but are not limited to) the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee, restocking fee, etc.

    5. Proceed and send the items to the address offered by our customer service team. Note that the returning package must be postmarked within 7 calendar days from the date you received.

    6. Claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the delivery time and show us as much as possible proof, photos, videos etc.

    Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

    Dead on Arrival (DOA)

    Please contact our support service team by email at service@trifoxbike.com with a description of the problem along with your order number. "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) and "Wrong Item" claims must be reported to us within 48 hours from the delivery time.

    Restrictions:

    If products are altered or modified, warranty and money-back satisfaction become void.

    When returning, we recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked. TRIFOXBIKE cannot be held responsible for items lost on the way back.
